Guy Bourguignon was born in Belgium and studied Culinary Arts at the Brussels Culinary Institute, which has trained some of the best Chefs in the world.
In 1980, Guy became the Owner/Chef of the famous Restaurant “L'Auberge d'Ohain” and was soon presented with the most sought-after and prestigious of all Awards and Distinctions in Europe , the Michelin Star . Guy is also a Master Chef of the Belgian Institute. In 2001, Guy sold the Auberge d'Ohain and became a Senior Consultant for the Restaurant Industry.
He is a good and old friend of Chef Michel and has accepted to be the First Star of Café Provence 's Guest Chef Program. He will bring his talent and special touch for the whole Summer Season, from June to August 2004. |
